We are currently offering an internship in our Marketing Department here at NICE Japan, which will provide you with the opportunity to gain insights into the daily work of integrated marketing management. As the marketing intern, you will collaborates with the APAC marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns and will help develop, expand and maintain partner marketing channels. You will have a good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques. You will be enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.

About the role

We are currently offering a full-time internship in our Marketing team here at NICE Japan, which will provide you with the opportunity to gain insights into the daily work of marketing management.

You will help drive collaboration, get involved in planning & execution amongst all marketing activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across every area of marketing business and help deliver the strategic vision for the region. You will have exposure to the APAC marketing team and assist to role out global campaigns in the region. You will offer event support and coordination for tradeshows, webinars and executive roundtables.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Marketing Intern at NICE, you will:

  • Support the marketing team with daily administrative tasks (event organization, salesforce updates, lead follow up);
  • Liaise with our PR and marketing agency
  • Assist with marketing and advertising promotional activities
  • Help organize marketing events for our prospects and clients (e.g. researching locations);
  • Support product marketing activities (e.g. Translating and localising global campaigns, preparing and proof-reading external communications).
  • Support with webinars (preparing invites, PPT decks and the platform)

Qualification & Skills

You are an University student; the internship is a compulsory part of your course of studies

  • Availability for 6-12 months starting in April 2022
  • A highly motivated, collaborative team player
  • Must be fluent in both Japanese and English.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology and B2B marketing
